By accessing or using SpecSculpt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of the Service
SpecSculpt is provided for lawful purposes only. You may not use the service to process code that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates any applicable law.
3. Free & Paid Tiers
Unregistered users may generate up to 3 specifications. Registered users on the free plan receive 10 specifications per month. Pay-as-you-go usage is billed at USD $0.19 per specification, subject to a USD $900 monthly cap. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the code you submit. The specifications generated are yours to use freely. SpecSculpt retains rights to the underlying software and generation methodology.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated specifications are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in production systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpecSculpt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
